What’s the next kitchen item you plan to buy (2025)?

I had to get rid of some things, so I took them over to a the basement in a friend's house. They were saying that there's too much clutter. Everyone's apt. is being inspected for this. They are saying that anyone that has it will lose their subsidy & will have to pay market rent. I escaped it!!!!! :ninja:
Huh?
I am not sure I understand?
Who gets to decide what is clutter and why does it matter?

If you can prove you need to pay less than market value for housing then it's subsidized via the govt. out of the taxpayers, i.e. property owners, taxes. OT so I'm done.
Yep OT, but just a last one.
My remark about weird was not about housing subsidies, but about people checking on what you have and what you do in your house.

Back on topic
I may be buying a small fridge soon as the other one stopped working. It's being looked at, but a new one is just over 100 U$ and thats less than the price for a new compressor

When one or more of the elevators get bro0ken, seems like they take their sweet time fixing them, but if you apt. seems like it might be cuttered, their right out there, threatening to make youy pay friggen market rent!!! Jesus!!!!

Thats good to know.
It should be here today but it won’t get a spin out until Friday when it’s back to being just me n Mr SSOAP.
I’m going for kievs n curly fries for it’s trial run.
I picked up a triple rack from Dunelm a while ago figuring it may be useful if I try the dehydrator function (which i still haven't)
Only thing is mine seem like they'd be hell to wash (would need a brush after giving them a good soak).
When I do try them I may use a liner in case I have trouble peeling off the dehydrated stuff 😅

Would a liner impede the air flow underneath?

Possibly, but a paper one may work, or a liner with holes in.
I'd hate to try dehydrate something only to have it decide to become a permanent fixture of the rack 😬
