What’s your favorite part of a chicken?

our first DimSum order is usually the "dragon's claws" the braised chicken feet. i've had the combs, and rooster testicles which were both beyond my comfort zone. but yea, whatever.

It's not a love it it or hate it question. It was just "What is your favorite?"

My mother had 6 children and she refused to (openly) choose her favorite child. I found out later that she secretly told each of us that we were her favorite and not to tell anyone else. Doesn't matter, I know I was her favorite, LOL.

Anyway, you don't have to do that with chicken parts you are eating. It's dead (I hope).
