I had a pint of fresh Blueberries that needed to be used.
These were those real big, fat berries and I probably should have dialed back the amount, but they are delicious!

Yes, then I use about 2 oz crushed graham crackers (instead of flour) when it is rolled out. It gives it a nice background graham taste without overwhelming the lemon like a 100% graham cracker crust would (in my opinion).

I got the snowball cookies made yesterday and got the dough made for the pecan tassies. I'll take that out in a bit to soften some, then roll out the balls and proceed from there.
