That's an idea too! I can freeze them since I never finish all the cornbread when I make it. No wonder Ozzie is becoming plumper dog...

Might be a little healthier? IDK, I put sugar in mine so maybe not, LOL. It's not like I put a ton of sugar in it, just a touch of sweetness, and then of course I slather it in butter and a little honey. But definitely better than white bread? And way healthier (though not as tasty) as Twinkies!

You know he's not a true Texan, that guy. He was born in New Jersey with Yankee parents who were also from the NE USA and they moved to the part of Texas (where a good number of my family members live) thats so close to Louisiana they don't even consider themselves Texans. Yeah now he lives in Frisco which is near Dallas but I think he's only been there for maybe 25 years or so. Its like me trying to say I'm a Midwestern even though I've lived in northeast Ohio for over 25 years. It's just not true.
