What are you wearing today (2025)?

I’m wearing some super soft bamboo trackybums and this t-shirt Mr SSOAP surprised me with.
I’m all over the slobbing about the house today 😊

MrsT’s t-shirt yesterday was her “Don’t Make Me Get My Flying Monkeys” one, and I think today’s might be her shirt with the silhouette of a witch on a broom against the moonlight, captioned with, “Why Yes, I Can Drive A Stick.”

Both purchased by me. 😬

Mr SSOAP buys the majority of my t-shirts, he has a bit of a t-shirt browsing habit.
The last one he bought me was good ol’ Will Shakespeare, it says “I’d challenge you to a battle of wits but I see you are unarmed”
The one before that has 60’s type stripes on it and from says “Rebel Scum” (as I know you’re not a fan I’ll mention that’s from Star Wars) 😂

That's interesting. Here, Capri pants are known as tighter fitting cropped trousers popularused in the 50's.. Not loose linen like the photo. And here is the beautiful Bardot wearing them to perfection.

Right, here too in general, especially back in the 1960s, but recent fashion trends have allowed for some to be less form fitting.

I had an Important meeting yesterday with Important people, so even though I was working from home, I figured I should probably switch out of my usual goblin mode. But I wanted to be comfy.

Business up top, fleece lounge pants on the bottom! The only reason I didn’t wear my Buffalo Bills pjs is because they were in the wash.

^^This was me during about the first week of covid and virtual meetings, after which I promptly stopped caring and went full-on comfy clothes, even if I was having virtual meetings.

I still do this. If I go into the office, I wear office clothes (although we’re pretty casual, so it’s usually just something branded to my employer). If I’m at home, comfy baggy sweatshirt.
