What can I make with these ingredients?

I have some leftover roast chicken and also a cauliflower that needs eating. Any interesting ideas to make with it? I have other basic store cupboard ingredients

That is a great start for a soup. Also a chicken and veggie pie. Leftover chicken has a lot of potential.

Batter the chicken and cauliflower pieces, deep fry. Coat with a honey, chili and ginger sauce. Serve with half and half.

I'd just gratinate both with Béchamel sauce and cheese as the roast chicken is already well seasoned (I think).
