Stuffed jacket potatoes (quite large for locals) with fresh cayenne chilli pepper and some grass.

Last night Craig made us a ground pork chili using Hatch chilis. It was pretty good, though on the verge of being a bit too spicy for me.
 
Freezing rain today so plans got scuttled..emptied the kitchen today for the new floor going in tomorrow..I kept the island so I could eat all day..French onion soup, roasted veggies and beer battered shrimp.

This looks sooo good, restaurant quality!

Over the weekend, I had a little friends gathering and decided to do canapes. The winners were the mini pork meatballs with tomato and peppers relish, and the parmesan and chive shortbreads with beetroot pesto and olives.
