Sauteed and braised chicken, fennel, onions, garlic and rosemary, with mashies and broccoli.

Just made some vegetable pakoras with coriander chutneyView attachment 22880 for lunch. A bit different for me as a committed carnivore, but these were really delicious as well as being vegan and gluten free.
They look great . Are you going to write up the recipe please ? I'd love to try them given they meet my dietary restrictions.
