I'll have to try this sometime! This reminds me: I have a half jar of preserved lime, which I'll probably finish in about a month, and it takes about a month to get them where I want them. I'd better clean out 2 jars and get to work!Fermented tofu: salt, vinegar, Marmite, miso and thyme.
Hubby didn't like those "crunchy black things" because the lemon flavor was too strong. I, on the other hand, thought them rather tasty. Next time I'll mix them in about 10 minutes before the cauliflower is ready, though. No salads tonight - it's c-c-c-cold out there!
