Dinner tonight. Well, we call this one "Baked, stuffed potatoes". However, I nuke the potatoes, and they are more smothered than stuffed. I don't care what you call them, I say they were yummy. Trust me when I tell you there IS a russet potato under all of that ham, broccoli, and cheese.

How many eggs do you put in each quiche? I usually use 3 plus ½ pint of milk/plant milk per quiche. That would mean you made 16 quiches!
