Peppers and onions go so well with kebabs. I use them too. I serve mine with satay sauce.
Cavatelli look great, did you do them on your own?
Is that coriander garnish? I've never tried that on chilli.
No - its parsley (the curly sort).
The satay sauce is a good idea.
