    I found the reference to the cauliflower and saffron which rang a bell in my head! Its in Niki Segnit's wonderful book 'The Flavour Thesaurus'. I'll post it up later...

    I'm so pleased by this! Chicken Kebabs marinated in Saffron, Yoghurt and Kewra Water for the CookingBites Recipe Challenge: Saffron. Recipe to follow (I have a serious back-log of recipes to type up).

    Peppers and onions go so well with kebabs. I use them too. I serve mine with satay sauce.
