I didn't know you ate ham! I thought you were mostly vegetarian? ´
I am, mostly, vegetarian. I cook 90% vegetarian food at home. However, thinly sliced ham, salami, prosciutto, mortadella, bresaola - Im happy to eat. It´s the big chunks of meat I can´t take.

My first sandwich with bread from the now loved bread machine.
Didn’t know it was possible for gluten free bread to have a crust that tastes good.
Oh crusts how I have missed thee 😍

My first sandwich that tasted like a normal sandwich in over 20years, it’s been quite a day!

Or some fried cabbage with that sausage & onions.
I make that often, especially for my mother, she loves that.
I like the Dickey's brand of smoked sausage ... Hmmm, I have one in fact in the deep freeze!
Although sometimes I do serve it up with a nice roll on the side.
HMMMM!

I had a "run-around" kinda day so I stopped at our favorite Asian Bistro and picked our usual:
Mixed Veggies with Beef and an upsell to Low Mein
3 Roll Sushi Lunch with a Green salad
I made us Edamame and Dumplings.
This way our tab was 1/2 of what it would have been had we dined-in.
No photos because I've shown this to y'all a gillion times, *blech* we're both stuffed and there's enough for the two of us to have another meal, well of the noodles and veggies w/beef anyways - everything else is gone.
