Took it easy on the jumbly guts and have had half a chicken sandwich and a cup of tea a few hours ago.
Mr SSOAP went to the supermarket but I don't know what he bought. Hope it's something nice

Went to lunch after grocery. Rock-N-Roll Ribs, Nico McBrain's place. We both had baby backs.

Ran out of go halfway through so the elaborate plans turned into a balsamic vinegar and oil dressing
Steak and a bit of cucumber salad with a dollop of french mustard on the side.

People go off stuff now and again, I don’t think I cook enough chicken. It’s easy and it’s good.

Here the hob is the same as yours and I put 3/4 tea towels down around the frying ring and fry away unperturbed. It works so well that even Mr SSOAP who doesn't clean these things will do it!

Yeah, the thing is, though, I frequently fry meats with a press, and the press I have sticks up over the edge of the pan.
