I've been up since 5am. Bloody cramp in one leg. Now 7 am so nothing as yet.
When the kommandant wakes up it will be crumpets and a cuppa
Tea is Sunday and 20c degrees so I'm going with lamb chop casserole, mash spuds, mash swede, carrots and cabbage. I bought chops yesterday.
One of my family's favorite meals. Daughter is bringing her banana loaf

Virtually all online info on oil pastry will tell you you can't roll it, or if you do you need to roll it between 2 sheets of baking parchement in order to succeed and to transfer it to the pan.

I can categorically state if you get ratio's right, this is not so. So yup, people watching cholesterol can have their pastry and eat it .. and roll it

The tart recipes I saw mostly used 72% cocoa dark chocolate (which was higher in sat fat), so I did a mix of chocolate and cocoa powder to make it lower. To be fair my tart was VERY chocolaty, so I could dial that back slightly.

Hmm, cocoa powder seems to be a pretty standard 12-13g sat fat per 100g. Even this one Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder 1kg - Dr Oetker UK still has 6.4g per 100g.
Ah well, I can tweak my recipe for slightly less chocolate, use a bit more cocoa powder, and a bit less chocolate. This was an adaptation of my adapted lemon tart recipe, never tried a chocolate version before, and only looked at other recipes to try work out how much chocolate to use :giggle:

Off topic mods are going to want to move this... Reduced fat is like half and the no fat ones are expensive.
