Went out and sat in the sun this Easter sunday, just enjoying Dutch fastfood. But good Dutch fast food. Fries and beef croquettes with some green leaves.

Spicy lamb and date casserole, chunky pepper spiked potato and carrot mash, asparagus.

Nice and comforting.

My version of a Cook's Country recipe. Pork tenderloin spiced with S, P, dried ginger, a little cinnamon, a tiny bit of cloves, seared and rested, with a dark red sweet cherry/orange sauce, and sweet potato mash. It rated a from both of us.
