I've been seeing their commercials as of late and the new CEO is turning things around, apparently. I haven't had a whopper in 30 years, but I think they have some sort of new whopper with a creamy peppercorn sauce? It's tempting. If I wasn't so cheap I would try one. Maybe BK will get mystery shopped in the near future. Oh, according to the commercials, whoppers are $3.99 on Wednesdays.

Ok I just double checked, it's a peppercorn BLT whopper. Even better!

I've seen the peppercorn creamy sauce one in the app. I only splurged since I spent all morning on gas station audits and didn't want to fuss in the kitchen. It was worth it tasty. The app post notices of the deals on my phone. I ignore most since I only eat there once every couple of months.

It makes sense when out and about and you get hungry! If I see any MSCs who have BK or other FF shops in your area, I will give you heads up on it. Hungry and paying for it is one thing, but when it's "free" it tastes a little better, LOL!

Take some of that duck fat, drizzle it over perfectly fried/seasoned French fries, crisp the skin, and turn them into duck Chicharrones, and sprinkle them on top of the fries. Thank me later. Duck is delicious.
