It's a recipe for karaage chicken ..a Korean sauce.
My wife is fussy and she liked it. I halved the chilly paste and worked fine for us.
I'll.post recipe for sauce if you want??

3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp gochjang
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2tbsp soy sauce
2 tbspn minced garlic
1tbsp sesame oil

Mix and slightly warm.
I don't like chilly so I used only 1 tbsp of the gochujang

We had some friends round. Riki has just been diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's disease and will start chemo on Monday, but he;s pretty upbeat about it.
Blue cheese, Spanish chorizo, smoked pork loin, dolmades, spiced shortbread, marinated bocconcini with grilled courgettes, and xistorra ( a Basque spiced sausage) with potatoes and charred peppers.
Plus a bottle of wine or six.

I’ve never met a Hershey product where afterwards I thought ‘yeah I’m glad I ate that!’.

Our d.i.l was doing a choc bar fundraiser for her netball team. We bought $20 and our daughter did as well. Cushla (d.i.l).
Rang last night. Her husband ( our lee).
Had eaten them all in a month.
Nuts.
