No photos (I forgot), but I sautéed up those 4 bity Summer Squashs for Mom with Olive Oil, Sweet White Onion and loads of Garlic.
It was still warm when I left for her place, so I left the container open in the car while I drove the 20 odd miles.
The car smells like heaven!
Mom was thrilled, "there's supper!"

Flatbread pizzas. Only took a picture of mine since there was only room for 2 at a time as I used the big round pizza pans.

Margherita for me, no tomato sauce sauce, garlic oil only.

Leftover steak fajita mix from the freezer, plus a pepperoni, onion and poblano pizzas for Craig.

All used fresh mozzarella.

I hit the Stew Leonard's hot bar. I got a small amount of Italian sweet sausage, peppers, onions, and a couple of meatballs in sauce. Saving for later or tomorrow.
I also got a bone-in fried chicken breast, which I ate for dinner.

DH for some strange reason, has recently taken to eating pieces of sandwich loaf bread, just bread... "I'm hungry"
YOU JUST ATE!
Moi: I can see you having maybe 2-4 pieces of bread in a day, but come on man
DH: so what do you suggest?

That, is way better than bread! 👍

Hah! My personal sized nonstick tart pans with removable bottom plates arrived today. They're perfectly sized for my 1 slice tomatoes. I'm seeing healthy snacks around the corner!!!View attachment 131857
So I made Mom 4 mini tomato pies and totally forgot the pic. I left with some peaches so tomorrow I'm going to make some mini peach cobblers. We'll see what that idea morphs into...

Took some of that smoked chicken from a couple of nights ago and cut it into chunks into a casserole dish on top of a few handfuls of chopped fresh spinach, then topped that with leftover macaroni and cheese, a little heavy cream, shredded cheddar, and grated parm, then precooked bacon pieces on top. About 30 minutes at 400F. Really, really good.
