The tied knot things are soy curls which were soaked in veg stock, airfried and then tossed in a Korean sauce.

Yes Fluffy Gai
It’s Kha Gai soup that goes in the cream whipper so it’s aerated when served.
One of my sons hair always look very fluffy when he dries it with a hair dryer and a over time a whole “Fluffy guy” song evolved so err yer Fluffy Gai
