What did you cook or eat today? (December 2025)

Chicken and dumplings.

Had a pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese for lunch (Cincy airport), and we’re now at the hotel in Florida, waiting on a cheeseburger flatbread for me and hummus for MrsT.

On the plane…potato chips/crisp, some cheez-its, some gummy bears, and a glass of champagne.

No pic, but basically, a medium-thickness pizza crust (like a PH hand-tossed), melted white cheddar, topped with bits of brisket, red onion, tomatoes, and a scattering of lettuce, and a burger applied artistically to the top.

It was quite good, much better than expected.

I have a thin-crust pizza project coming up via Z-Cook in the excel thread so this could be a plan!
