A good Mumbai sandwich, IMHO, needs plenty of fresh green chiles and lots of masala!
It has an excellent spice blend in it that I wouldn’t change and the herb chutney has a fair whack of chilli in it, mainly because mine were quite mild so more than one went in!
 
No photo, sorry, wanted to eat hot food ... Sunday Pasta Supper.
Good ole fashion Spaghetti and Meatballs with Red Sauce, courtesy of our favorite joint aways away from us.
I made fresh pasta and just heated up the sauce and meat, yum!
 
Chinese takeaway. Vegetable fried rice, sweet & sour prawns, spring rolls, and chicken with pineapple.
Pure comfort food.
Yet it made me think: all those lovely Cantonese dishes on the menu, and I went for a good, old, 1970's university classic :hyper: :hyper::hyper:
