Made these Bocconotti pies. The filling is black grape jam, dark chocolate, minced almonds, lemon zest and cinnamon

preheated my oven to 500, and walked into the kitchen 15 minutes later, and it's filled with smoke. I have no idea. No smoke alarms, just smoke. There must have been spill over on the bottom from whatever I did last. I'll just burn it off and put my air purifier in there for a bit; it will clear that room out in no time!
