The 16 oz cut of prime rib was outstanding. This restaurant gets all of their beef from a local ranch and it was high quality: tender, well marbled, and perfectly cooked to medium rare. The lighting was too dim for photos. I brought half of it home to make steak and eggs for breakfast.

Was it encrusted with black pepper and rosemary?
