Yes they are quite large :) I bought a potted sage plant with these fatty leaves so they are simple to stuff. However I think you can also use the smaller ones. The recipe is on my blog

Dried wild ramp sounds like a lovely ingredient. Did you make it yourself?
I did.
A DIY of a dried ramp/wild garlic mix from SW France. I found dried ramps for sale on Etsy. The rest is zapped garlic and green onions which are dried plus some dried fines herbes. 🙂

Tried a new recipe from either ATK or Cook's Country. Pesto lasagna. The sauce/filling was a béchamel plus about an equal amount of pesto, with additional Parmigiano and pine nuts. It was good, but not good enough for the amount of work and expense of the pine nuts and Parmigiano. I do have to say though that the pesto recipe they used, which included blanching the basil leaves, was quite good and blanching helped to keep the lovely green thru baking. Garlic rolls on the side.
