Semi-homemade refried beans, having bean-and-cheese burritos tonight.

Blackened steak (ribeye) salad, 12 o'clock steak, clockwise grape tomatoes, caramelized red onion, steamed baby potatoes, sauteed mushrooms, gorgonzola in center. Homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

No, from Costco, lol. I don’t like to make jam or marmalade either.

Cooked sauce for chicken dhansak (pain in the whotsit!); sauce for Keralan shrimp; pakoras; chicken Mangalore (I'm going to post the recipe - it's a winner) and am now fully ready for tomorrow night's dinner for 12!

OK, I doctored the original recipe, and included extra in the "stock" for flavour. But it works.

Cold mushroom and Miso soup.

Tomorrow, I'll pour the soup into the bowl at the table instead, so i don't have to carry it before the photo! Lol

Last night, DD wanted hibachi. Didn't feel like cooking/eating anything, so I didn't argue. I brought most home. Hoping the meds clear this up soon.
AND it's freaking extremely cold/wind chills, and gusting/gale winds again.
