Was tired and not very inspired (been having a sore throat and congested all week), so I fried some cheese croquettes, put some potatoes in the oven and cooked some beans

Those are potatoes? I would have guessed pan-fried gnocchi. Those look wonderful.

But not hungry...

They're store bought mini potatoes sold a lot here. They're called krieltjes which is translatable to baby potatoes in English.

Beef, mushrooms, parsley, pasta, I also threw half a bottle of white wine. I liked it, my husband said not to throw in too much black peppers, I love black peppers, lol.

Then afterwards I tried my first homegrown cherimoya, it’s small but very sweet and delicious. I bought larger cherimoya from two nurseries before, they didn’t taste anywhere near mine. I think I picked the right spot to plant my tree. What’s interesting is the seeds are sprouting inside the fruit already, not sure what that means.
