I've been busy today, so I microwaved some Andouille out of the package and made sandwiches using Stone Ground Mustard, Horseradish and Sauerkraut.

This was a good quick fix to cure the hungries.

I also had a raw carrot and a raw celery rib.

Hubby's Spanish omelette served with wild rocket & sorrell leaves with a Chickpea pasta, edamane beans and pistachio salad with the Sorrell & Pistachio Pesto

Last nights dinner, Stir fried egg noddles with veg. Pan fried then steamed War Tip with shredded ginger, soy and rice wine dipping sauce. Spring rolls.

Can't sleep much at present so I just pulled this maxi ferment Poolish loaf out of the oven at 05.30. I started the process two days ago.

Just spent 4 hrs putting house back together, carpet laid except one room.
Ordered what we thought was dominos pizza, Pizza Hut turned up. We don't know what happened but Pizza Hut are top of my list now. Plenty of toppings and sauces.

Ordered what we thought was dominos pizza, Pizza Hut turned up. We don't know what happened but Pizza Hut are top of my list now. Plenty of toppings and sauces.

Among fast food pizzerias, I would rate Pizza Hut above Dominoes any time.
