Mrs. GH cooked a small salmon fillet for us. That was it for dinner. We were both still full from the leftover poulet au vinaigre and mashed potatoes from lunch that I made last night. One of my pups now has "fish skin breath" from that fillet, lol.

i have the mixture that goes into the rice, but I don't have the pockets yet to put it into... still working on sourcing those.

Actually I’ve just put boiled broccoli with a couple of fresh chopped mint leaves and some cooking water in the blender along with Evoo and some grated Parmigiano cheese.
