What's the dish?
Pépin calls it Chicken au Four - I’d call it One-Pan Chicken & Potatoes.

It’s just sliced potatoes, onions, and garlic started on the stovetop, then a couple of seasoned bone-in chicken thighs tossed on top and finished in the oven.

The potatoes and garlic come out the consistency of butter. 🤤

I stopped at Costco after work to pick up a 3-pack of bronzino for dinner. Only one fit in my new Le Creuset fish baker, but no worries, the other two went on a sheet tray. Naturally, I served them with mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, and a compound butter. My co-workers will surely love me when I nuke fish leftovers for lunch tomorrow. 🤣
