The eggplant had some worm damage so I could only use half.
I made it all pad prik king style (although that does not contain tomato and eggplant)
After 30 days of pizza and burgers, I had to go for comfort food last night.
I noticed two balls of frozen pizza dough in the freezer, and had to put them in a black bag to prevent my blood pressure going up
Pakoras (deep-fried beansprouts) and Potato & Onion , a recipe from Mumbai.

A repeat of yesterday's overstuffed omelette with bacon, ham, peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, goat cheese, Swiss cheese, Gouda, and edam. It fell apart when plating it was so huge. Here's hubby's (2/3rds).

Wife was late home last night so she rang and suggested she pick up burgers on way home. Hell yeah!!
So she's not into burgers so she got 1 burger for me and a large chips.we shared the fries and split the burger.. bacon egg and double cheese with beetroot.
Its 8 am here atm so nothing as yet today

It was nice of Russ to give her a couple bites. You know the term "split" doesn't always mean evenly in half, right? I would wager that Russ ate most of that burger and she just had a few bites of it.You split a burger? Isn’t there some sort of law against that?!
No matter how full I get from eating whatever, I can always weirdly eat 2-3 bowls of cereal.I had a bowl of cereal about 7:30PM.
When I’m home alone, all the rules go out the window.
Is that the squeezey thing from taking your blood pressure? I have heard those are a delicacy.

Lol.. she got 1/3 because I add chow chow to my burger. Shes a health freak kind off.. no bread etc.
But she will eat a block of chocolate pmsl.
