Well, I went food shopping. BUT back is not good. I think I aggravated it more. :sad: I'll probably have a frozen dinner tonight.
Want to make my salads (mac, potato, and tomato) tomorrow. I have corn and hotdogs to go with.
 
Tried a new shrimp salad. Angel hair coleslaw, plus finely chopped celery and green onions, with a dressing of mayo, horseradish, lemon zest, dijon, Creole seasoning, Crystal hot sauce, cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper. Served with crackers. Pretty good.

I steamed crab legs tonight. You know how sometimes everything just works ? Tonight was one of those meals. I instead of the usual beer, Old Bay and lemon I went a different route. Wine, lemon, butter tarragon garlic and shallot. It clicked flavor wise. But I got lucky the crab legs were steamed perfectly. I’ll take it as a win

Back pain is awful. You need to just rest and see if that helps.
