I made waffle batter last night and made some waffles for my DH's breakfast before I ran errands but had to put the batter in the refrigerator so I could go do my stuff. Getting ready to finish making waffles and put them in the refrigerator for quick breakfasts for the next couple days.

Last night stirfry was dam good. I even.put last 3 button shrooms in with it. Wife was ok with picking hers out and on my plate. She took leftovers for lunch today.

My lamb meatballs were simple and I posted a recipe and entered it into the challenge anyway. Maybe some of us would like to simply know how to make lamb casserole. And you could enter it in the challenge!

Same way I always make it.
ALL APROX
750mls home made tomato sauce
100mls Worcester sauce
2 tablespoon powder mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar.
Pepper
Small amount cornflourbto thicken.
I didn't put ingredients as Noone makes tomato sauce like I do.

I can drink your share if you'd like!. Not much of a beer guy myself. I meet some friends on Friday afternoons at a local craft beer place. We call it our one beer a week club. A few of us hold it to one. Outside of that, I don’t have any.

Wife got me a Traeger pellet grill for Fathers Day. Been playing with it a little bit. Getting some confidence in it now. Made a pork tenderloin on it tonight. Used a recipe off the Traeger YouTube channel. Good Lord !!! Turned out great. Just had store bought potato salad since I’m still learning times on the pellet grill
