Surprisingly I did find a vegan meal on Hong Kong airport which was a surprise.

Rendang like dish (beef cooked in till fat renders and starts frying the meat, I didn't use enough coconut cream and left out some + added other ingredients to call it Rendang)

I just had a bowl of warmed blueberries with some vanilla Greek yogurt. Hit the spot!
Got stuck with work (of course) at my usual cooking time, so I found a half-empty jar of marinara and some ricotta, so I stirred those together, grabbed some basil from out back to add in, boiled up some spaghetti, and that was that.

I've been awol for few days as wife is home and im.her chauffeur.
Last Friday we ate lunch at prebbleton hotel I had the "pub pie n mash"
Very good . Cost me $60 wife had a steak.
Bonus..I picked up $180 on pokies.
Sunday night was hot lamb sammys
I boned the leg Sunday morning then slow cooked. Served with help yourself: cheese , relish, mint jelly, onions and mustard.
I sliced up mcds chips..twice cooked.
There was nothing left
Last night we were out all day so picked up a cooked chicken
from deli.
I cooked kumara chips. 10/10

Chicken and bacon mac n cheese (gouda, gruyere, cheddar) with lightly sauteed spinach. Really good!
