We split a warm smoked turkey and gouda sandwich with bacon, spinach, tomato, avocado, and mayonnaise on a brioche bun for dinner (midnight). Really good!
I guess you're going to have to use boneless if you're using it as a sandwich filling. Boneless thighs are probably your best bet.
What's a lunch bar?I bought a couple of lunch bars when I went shopping yesterday.

We do not have Publix and I learned to love that place while on our road trips back East and then back again to Cowboyville Arizona.
But I can get "Pork Roll" here for the same price or a bit less, depending where I go.
