Colorado Lamb Chops
Roasted garlic whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus, AZ red wine demi-glace, wild mushrooms with local herbs

The taste is still lingering on my palate, it was all that good!

Even given the prices (which DH went through the roof over, "that cost how much?!"), I'd go back again ... lunch was AMAZING!!!

Ate the rest of my lunch today and decided to give DH a bite of the Lamb... he deemed it edible
YAY!
I'll be buying some Lamb shortly!

Sheet pan supper - chicken breast, carrots, peppers, green beans, all tossed in an oil-honey-herb-garlic mix.

I ate some lamb eggrolls I made the other day. I used carrots, cabbage, and lamb, and then used the teriyaki sauce I made for a dipping sauce. Quite good, actually.
