Terribly long day today with work, so when I finally got away, I went into town for a few things.

Noticed that the brand of frozen pizza we like, their white pizza is being discontinued, so it was on double-secret extra super discount, so I grabbed one of those for tonight - MrsT’s favorite style of pizza is white pizza. No cooking for me (though I’m about to go make a quick pepper relish because my neighbor dropped off a bag full of anaheims).

It's called a white pizza because there's no tomato (at least in UK, Italy & Australia), not because of the amount of cheese on it.

Same definition here - white pizza = no tomato/red sauce…although I’m sure there’s some pizzeria out there somewhere serving white pizzas with tomato sauce, you just know it.

For me a white cheesy pizza = maybe an Alfredo base with mozzarella, parmesan, Romano, fontina and feta, and if you want, very thin sliced tomatoes as a topping with red onions and, garlic butter crust. Dammit! Now I want pizza.

Where those chips raw before air frying? If so, those came out incredible.
