Homemade tuna pizza.

And i decided that my homegrown butternut squash had been looking at me long enough to use them now, so I made roasted butternut squash soup. And wow that roasted butternut squash was so sweet, I ended up adding tofu and making cream of roasted butternut squash soup instead!

Nice rise on the biscuits!
I don't think I've ever done biscuits before, so I made sure to get a pastry cutter and have the cubed butter be super cold and I ended up with butter chunks throughout the dough while I was folding it on itself and I think all that did the trick to get some nice biscuits. 🥰

I tried an experimental recipe that I saw on Face Book ...
basically it's Chicken Alfredo topped with Tots and cheese

I took two Next Door ... the other two small loaf pans went in the deep freeze for Mom.
This was surprisingly good!

Breaded cube steak with beef gravy, roasted baby potatoes, and charred green beans.
Oh that sounds so good right now, only I want white peppered gravy...basically I want some chicken fried steak, I guess. We are going out to Carrabba's tonight so I've only had a piece of toast so far today. I am so hungry! I already know what I am going to order. I always get the same thing: the chicken trio which is 3 chicken breasts prepared in 3 different ways (Marsala, Bryan, and Pollo Rosa Maria). Menu prices went up quite a bit, disappointingly. But I do have a $10 off rewards certificate and a $10 off dine rewards attached to my loyalty account, plus a $50 gift card so DH won't be quite as out of pocket.
