It is 8:30PM on the last day in June in Dallas, MG. :D

I put the Weber cast iron wok on the kettle, got it screaming hot, and stir-fried some red bells, yellow bells, onions and mushrooms in peanut oil. Seasonings were simple, k-salt, black pepper, granulated garlic and a dash of cayenne pepper

Just a quick iPhone pic. I had to keep everything moving.

There is a special grate for the Weber wok. It has a hole in the center, so the bottom of the wok is just a couple of inches above the hot coals. The resulting heat is WAY higher than what I can get from my kitchen cooktop.
