OK, I see it now, I was confused because I use the squeeze container and it comes out different and this looks like just a typical tub and he used a spoon. That makes sense.

No I get it, at first I thought fresh mozzarella but that didn't make sense, sour cream did. Generous portion, I love that.

chive flowers are just a "gateway food" until you start chopping and snorting shallots.

I had a meeting at 2pm, and got back about 30 minutes after the start of the Champion's League Final. Watched the thing from start to finish, ate half a bag of crisps to stave off the hunger.
And then it was about 6pm and I thought: "I just don't want to cook right now".
Got in the car, went to the Sushi place and had some sushi takeaway. Much better idea!

I made a very garlicky quiche with ham, yellow bell pepper, mushrooms, Gruyere cheese, cheddar cheese, shallot, and broccoli.

Poached eggs.

Pan-fried skirt steak, creamed spinach, and mashed potatoes with sour cream, chives, bacon bits, and shredded cheddar cheese for dinner tonight.
