Looks good but I don't know what keesch and krosawnd are... well I assume that keesch is quiche. And it seems to be shaped as a fish?
quiche and croissant - now you know why I spent time in the corner as the class clown . . .

I've been using puff pasty for the crust - hence the "ears" - using a bigger ceramic dish this time and didn't roll it out far enough to overlap all the edges . . . .

Here's what I started with and although the green cayennes aren't that hot I want some volume so I'm adding in the tomato. Didn't have shallots so going with 1/4 onion.

Ended up with about a cup.

It wasn't really hot so I added some powdered cayenne and Tabsco until it was right for my taste. It's pretty good; I'll have some with dinner!

Thank you badjak

Glad you like it.
I never made it, but reading the recipe it looked pretty good
I have since been checking out her site and the recipes on it seem like they will work great.
I got an Indonesian/Malay chicken recipe that would work good as well. Will post that tomorrow if I remember. If not, call out!

Me, remember... 🤔

And this lunch time. My mum wanted everyone together to have a meal at what would have been her mother's 100th birthday if she'd not passed away 14 years ago.

Mine was nice enough, just very late in the afternoon.

We went to the Alpharetta Farmer's Market this morning, around 10am. A very enjoyable morning, with all sorts of local artisans selling their wares.
Out of the corner of my eye, I was a sign which said : "Indian street food", so I headed over there and treated myself to a pav bhaji.

My version (because we're in a rental condo and don't have much here to work with-I used a packet of stir fry sauce)
of Beef Chow Fun or Ho fun or Shahe fen with what is called Chop Suey Mix here in Hawaii - mung beans sprouts, shredded cabbage and carrot, then I added a boat load of green onion/scallion - not bad.
