What did you cook or eat today (June 2025)?

We'll be told of pretty soon, but my boys get beef bones or chicken feet with their rice.

It's no one else's business what you feed your dogs.

I understand this, but rice isn't really empty carbs. I realize you are watching what you eat, but I saw your pantry shelf with the rice and it appears you've got quite a bit. I'm just suggesting smaller portions.

My wife is cutting back on certain foods with cream etc. I use cream regularly.
We did 🛍 on Saturday.. it's Tuesday morning here and I just got milk out and there's 2 blocks of chocolates there???
It's not for me!!!

I don't understand some people, either. I use cream regularly, BTW. I like chocolate but I can't recall having eaten any of it since last year some time? My DH eats what I feed him without much complaint. For breakfast I made him a layered dish with a potato pancake as a base, then black beans, sausage gravy (made with cream), a slice of cheese, and 2 fried eggs with "plenty of pepper" (see what I did there, LOL). He devoured it. It looked a mess but he said it was delicious!

Last night I made beans and eggs on toast. Light meal after family dinner.
Today is Tues and as wife walked out thr door she said happy anniversary.
Don't cook tea . We'll get uber eats.
49 years today.

It's not too late. We have florists here that do same day delivery, I am sure you do as well? Plus you could get her a small plant, it's easier on the florist's side to prepare and deliver. I think they have little minature rose bushes. Or you could run out and buy something and have it for her when she gets home?
