Simple IP items that had to soak overnight.

Soy beans and wheat berries for whatever comes up.

I did some rudimentary freezer diving and took out some for dinner (mix of tomatillo, beef mince, bok choy & egg plant)

Then I did a proper dive as I just knew I had to have chicken in it. Found it and that will be for tomorrow

They’re know as “the airplane cookie” here, because for the longest time, that’s the only place an American would see them, on a flight.

Now, though, I can get them in town, but they’re still casually called “the airplane cookie.”

Found a recipe here on Gemma's site. I've watched her channel on the Roku box and like what she does. Irish accent is cool too.
