OMG, some of the best burgers we've had in a long time. Ground sirloin was on sale for $6 a pound, so we bought a 3+ pound package and divided. Since ground sirloin isn't the best for burgers on the grill due to low fat content, I decided to add some frozen grated butter to it, along with S and P, onion and garlic powder, then folded the meat, patted out, refolded, etc, until everything incorporated. Craig grilled until just done, then cheesed, cheddar for him, American for me. Meanwhile, I made an on the fly secret sauce - mayo, 1000 island dressing, dijon, a little bit of worchestershire and hot sauce, garlic and onion powder, S and P. Brioche buns that were on sale too.

No pics. My arthritis has been really acting up for last week or so and have just generally not feeling very good. What little I did was enough to wear me out.

Food side sounds really good but couldn't double post a sad face for the ra.
