Yoghurt has protein. That is a pretty plate you assembled. Add mint and you have tzatziki.

Far as I know it doesn't need to contain pork though some recipes use pancetta/ bacon. It's a leek based soup I think.Mustard soup??? I had to giggle that one. Sound pretty good Windigo.
