What did you cook or eat today (June 2025)?

I had a tray of canneloni in the freezer. Fresh basil garnish from my window plant. Still so good!

Yesterday's early dinner. Pad Thai for me, coconut shrimp for the wife. We also snaffled down some Korean BBQ wings and a ration of dumplings/potstickers (not in the picture).

I was watching the pass, just out of curiosity, to see how quickly the food was coming out. The head chef saw me and came out to say hello. Great place to eat!
 
Just put 3lbs of country style bacon in the oven. The strips are doubled so it's extra thick. I'll put it in a large ziplock to store in the fridge. I'll take out a few pieces here and there as needed and give it a quick nuke. That will last us about month.
