We've made Indian food a good bit, just not very often, especially lately.

Yesterday's early dinner. Pad Thai for me, coconut shrimp for the wife. We also snaffled down some Korean BBQ wings and a ration of dumplings/potstickers (not in the picture).

I was watching the pass, just out of curiosity, to see how quickly the food was coming out. The head chef saw me and came out to say hello. Great place to eat!

I made yoghurt bark as a cold sweet treat to munch on. Yes, one at a time it's made with low fat vanilla yoghurt, smarties, and dried raspberry

Just put 3lbs of country style bacon in the oven. The strips are doubled so it's extra thick. I'll put it in a large ziplock to store in the fridge. I'll take out a few pieces here and there as needed and give it a quick nuke. That will last us about month.

Can't wait until my basil in a few months.
I still have coriander growing..it's only 2 deg c today. It's unbelievable

I bought a generator after the earthquake in 2010 but sold it a few years later. My area never lost power in the earthquake. It was a 7.1 a real beauty
