"Rasher" is a UK term, we call them strips (or sliced) in the US, unless it's specifically UK-style bacon. That bacon looks fantastic indeed.
I have a question re 'strips'; I thought you call them as 'rashers' in US.But I can obviously get wrong..

Definitely rashers of bacon everywhere here... Don't know them as anything else.A slice of bacon is commonly referred to as a strip of bacon. The term rasher is til now, an unknown to me.
My lunch today, chicken soup, quiche with coleslaw and french tartelette.

Rasher is not commonly used in the US. A strip or strips of bacon is most common. Most foodies will know what a rasher of bacon is, but probably won't use the term.

I found Craig's home cured bacon slabs in the freezer a few days ago. We need to do something with them.
The only thing I cure on a regular basis is Tasso, because I can't buy it. Someday, I'll do some bacon, but it's not something I'm highly motivated to make because there is so much really good bacon available for me to buy.
