It's delicious, I know that.
A few months ago I made a broccoli risotto, following this guy : Risotto con brocoli e acciughe and the breadcrumbs on top were just fantastic.
Broccoli, garlic, anchovies and a chile pepper or two are a wonderful combination.
Chef in this video added raw, grated broccoli, which was an incredible addition.
