Chicken with Red Grapes & Marsala

I cooked 7.5 kgs of chicken tandoori this morning, and then made 1½ kgs of kachumbar - a red onion and tomato salad with mint, coriander, fresh chiles and lime juice. An Indian version of a pico de gallo, I suppose.
Tomorrow I've got hauled into an event called 24 Arepas. (Arepas are a Venezuelan staple, made with ground cornmeal).
I had to deliver all the cooked ingredients today, because tomorrow, the event starts at 7am and it's right across the other side of the city.
