Lunch break, store bought salad, which actually was inspiring to look more into salad composing...
Hummus, assortiment of green salads,plus

arugula I believe, quinoa, fresh cucumbers, carrots, red cabbage, 3 tomatoes, baked cauliflower...sprinkled with Aceto balsamico and olive oil.
 
"Never seen or eaten a "tater tot", let alone a mini one! What ever they are, they're not available over here.
They’re little preformed potato nuggets, sold in the frozen food section:

They’re made from minced potato and seasoning added, and just like fries, you can bake them, deep-fry them, pan-fry them, or use the air fryer.
