Cuppa earl. I've just skinned a half ham and cut it diagonally so my glaze can do its thang .
Glaze is equal bourbon, apricot sauce and maple syrup. Ie. About 150 to 200 mls. Plus small jar honey grain mustard.

Celebrating daughter Lisa's 50 next Thursday. Everyone is also celebrating it in samoa. They leave this Thursday for 10 days. I didn't want to go as I hate heat.
I liked Vanuatu but that's enough for me.
I'm ok home alone lol
