I recall when living in Santa Cruz CA going to the beach at low tide and collecting mussels off the rocks. A bit bigger and perhaps "chewier" than store bought but the price was right!
Putting stuff away, I found some crescent rolls left over from Christmas that were approaching their best-by date, and I also had some l’il smokies thawed out, so…

I just today bought a package of Lil' Smokies for appies for another Sip-Nibble and Chat with one of my Neighborhood Gal Pals, who is full Keto. I'm going to do Bacon wrapped Smokies ... let the drooling begin!

Craig made an Asian noodle salad. Cooked dressing using green onions, garlic, ginger, peanut butter, rice vinegar, honey and sriracha. Stir ins of grated carrot, bean sprouts, macadamia nuts, cilantro and fresh sliced green onions.
Next time you make this add some smoked Gouda and slivers of jalapeño

Glaze is equal bourbon, apricot sauce and maple syrup. Ie. About 150 to 200 mls. Plus small jar honey grain mustard.
Celebrating daughter Lisa's 50 next Thursday. Everyone is also celebrating it in samoa. They leave this Thursday for 10 days. I didn't want to go as I hate heat.
I liked Vanuatu but that's enough for me.
I'm ok home alone lol
